They’ve starting opening some pretty quirky stuff out in my neck of the woods." You’ve never been to this city before, but you know that it’s renowned for its cuisine, eclectic neighborhoods, and emphasis on urban renewal.

Minutes later he points out what he is referring to: you pass an upscale strip mall with a California Pizza Kitchen, a Banana Republic, a Chili’s, and a half-finished Five Guys Burgers & Fries.
