Maria Bamford has released a one-hour “Christmas Special” to the internet. It’s a bunch of stand-up as delivered from her couch with her dogs snoring loudly next to her. You can watch the whole thing online or download the file (if you have a Vimeo account). I highly recommend this— if you’re not familiar with Bamford, it could be a little off-putting at first, but within a few minutes it had my (initially skeptical) wife laughing pretty hard along with me.
